(ii) is in addition to that im- <br />posed on the minor. Her main concern is that restitution is made to the CMIl- <br />er, and the parent must do it if the minor cannot. She felt the bill is not <br />,clear on whether it emphasizes restitution or is strictly a penalty measure. <br />She also noted it is not known if a juvenile has been convicted because the <br />records are closed. Mr. Price said he would be willirg to delay adoptirg the <br />bill in order to clarify its provisions, but his intent is to make the juve- <br />nile responsible; failirg that, the parent nust be held responsible. <br /> <br />Mrs. '!hompson asked Mrs. Schurran for her unjerst:an::lirq of community ser:vice. <br />
