Adjacent property owners have requested this action because the walkway has been misused. Followin;J the hearin;J, Council may want to request that an appropria.te bill be prepared. Respondin;J to Mr. Adams, Mr. Young said he will fence the portion he receives if the City vacates the property. Ms. Lillie Cole, 6736 Bartmer, said she wants the walkway vacated to adjacent property owners in order to protect her property am to stop the theft, loud noise, littering, vandalism, ard graffiti.
