Article II. 3 (providing for a City Council liaison) to stay <br />in, and he wanted. semi-annual reports (Article II. 4) . He moved that Article <br />II.3 be left in the contract. Mr. Adams secorrled the notion, and all voted. <br />Aye except Mr. Schoomer, who voted. Nay. <br /> <br />Ms. lorine Cc:Jrcpton, UCRS Director, was asked to corne forward. She said the <br />Board is provided with nonthly financial statements and a tally of office <br />traffic, and that could also be sent to Council. All agreed that would be <br />acceptable. Mrs. Schuman so moved, seconded by Mr. Price. All voted. Aye. <br /> <br />Mr. Price mentioned Article II. 7, which inplements a marketirq plan for Uni- <br />versity city Northeast (UCNE). Mr. Ollerrlorff said it was unnecesscu:y to in- <br />clude that since it is ongoirq, unless Council wants a new plan. Mrs. Schu- <br />man pointed. out that the contract preamble covers Council's intent with re- <br />gard to the UCNE marketirq plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the plan as presented. to Council, excludi.rq all <br />marked parts except for the two amerrlments made earlier. Mr. Schoomer sec- <br />onded the notion, which carrie1 unanimously. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - 6631 OLIVE/AUIO :REPAIR <br /> <br />The City Manager concurred with the Plan Commission's reconnnendation to ap- <br />prove a conditional use pennit for a notor vehicle repair facility at 6631 <br />Olive, with the followirq conditions: <br /> <br />1. The existirq pole sign shall be removed, includirq the pole, and new <br />identification signin::J shall be 1i1nited. to a low nonument sign or wall <br />sign. All si.gns on the pre>.mises shall conform with the provisions of the <br />University Ci.ty Sign Code. <br />2. A detaile1 landscaping plan for tree planting at the front shall be sub- <br />mitted to the Director of Planning for his review and approval. land- <br />scaping shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the approved <br />plan. <br />3. Any container or facilities for refuse shall be located. behind the build- <br />irq on the premises or othE>.J:Wise away fran public view. <br />4. OVernight, outdoor parking or storage of vehicles, includi.rq damaged ve- <br />hicles waitirq for repairs, shall be 1i1nited. to a total of five vehicles. <br />Derelict, abarrloned and/or unlicensed vehicles shall not be parked or <br />stored outdoors at any time. <br />5. All repair, maintenance and seJ:Vice shall be conducted wholly enclosed <br />within abuilding, including the repair or washing of automobiles. Oper- <br />ation of the business shall corrply at all times with the Use Limitations <br />of the "IC" Zoning District. <br />6. Hours of operation for the business shall be 1i1nited. to the hours of 7: 00 <br />a.m. to 10:00 p.m. except there shall be no body work after 7:00 p.m. <br />
