In response to Mrs. Thorrpson, Mr. Ollendorff said the curfew is enforced. Mrs. Thompson said parents must be made aware of this and must be responsible for their children. Mr. Price said the City may have become somewhat lax about enforcement because recently there have been large groups of teenagers on Olive after curfew. He noted if the issue is not addressed now, it will get worse in wanner weather. Ms. Elve Allen, 1344 Mt. Olive, said the property at 1348 Mt. Olive needs at- tention because it is overgrown with trees and shrubs and there are rats in the area. Also, a derelict car and truck are in the back yard at 7738 Canton and should be removed.
