City Manager <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Budget Transfers <br /> <br />Attached is a list of budget transfers that need to be approved by the City <br />Council in order to have a balanced budget. <br /> <br />I listed nearly every line item that would be over or under spent. If any of <br />the items were adjusted on a previous transfer, I noted the total transfer on <br />the right hand side column. <br /> <br />This quarter the overall expenditures were reduced by $125,491. <br /> <br />I have adjusted some of the revenue items because of adjusted estimates. <br /> <br />The City plans to use $326.278 of the Prior Year's Revenue this fiscal year. <br />The City estimated that it would use $298,689 of Prior Year's Revenue at the <br />start of the fiscal year. The use of Prior Year's Revenue will decrease by <br />$143,827 since the last transfer. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
