<br />SESSION 1536 <br /> <br />MINUI'FS OF '!HE UNIVERSITY CITY CXXJNCIL <br /> <br />February 4, 1991 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the As- <br />sembly Room of City Hall on Monday, February 4, 1991, Mayor Janet Majerus <br />presided and. called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the <br />Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Mr. Byron R. Price <br />Mr. Joseti1 L. Adams, Jr. <br />Mr. Robert G. Wagner* <br />Mrs. Mary V. Schmnan <br />Mr. Paul E. Schoaner <br />Mrs. Betty L. 'IhOITQ;lSOn <br /> <br />*Mr. Wagner left the meeting at 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Also present were City Manager Frank Ollendorff and. Ms. Christine Mueller, <br />Washington University student liaison to the Council. Mayor Majerus noted <br />that Ms. Mueller also plans to sel:Ve as an ad hoc member of the City's new <br />Task Force for Resource Consel:Vation. City Clerk IX>lores Miller was excused. <br /> <br />MINUl'ES <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved that the minutes of January 21, 1991 be accepted as submit- <br />ted. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />RFAPFOINIMENr <br /> <br />Mrs. Schmnan moved that Dr. Jerrold Iander, 7838 Gannon, be reappointed to <br />the Park Conunission for a tenn expiring January 21, 1994. Mr. Wagner second- <br />ed the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REroRl'S <br /> <br />RESUBDIVISION - IDI'S 81-86 OF UNIVERSITY PlACE <br /> <br />The city Manager agreed with the Plan Commission rec::amnerrlation to approve <br />the replatting of lDts 81-86 of University Place since the proposed boundary <br />realigrnnent meets all conditions of City ordinances and. does not change the <br />features of the original sul:xii vision plan approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved approval, Mr. Adams seconded the motion, and all voted Aye. <br /> <br />CIVIC PIAZA PIAN roNSULTANI' <br /> <br />'!be city Manager said proposals for carrying out the landscape and. future de- <br />velopment plan of the Civic Plaza Historic District have been received.
