Mr. Wagner seconded the 1lK)tion, which <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Majerus said a rnnnber of complaints have been received about debris ac- <br />cumulating behind the Center, and council would like to see this area policed <br />1lK)re vigorously. <br /> <br />Mrs. Albertine 'Ihompson arrived at this time. She said she will not tolerate <br />any debris or refuse either in front of or behind her business, and will talk <br />to the owners about getting better refuse collection for the whole complex. <br />Regarding entertainment, she planned to continue emphasizing a restaurant at- <br />mosphere, but may have light entertainment on weekends and did not believe it <br />would create problems of any kind. <br /> <br />All voted Aye on the amended 1lK)tion. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the transfer of the liquor licenses. Mr. Adams <br />seconded the 1lK)tion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer returned to the council chambers. <br /> <br />CONSIDERATION OF BIns FOR IOOL CONCESSION srAND RCOF <br /> <br />'!he City Manager said invitations to bid on installation of a new roof for <br />the Heman Park pool concession stand were sent to five contractors, with the <br />following response: <br /> <br />Lbyel & CoIrpany, Inc.
