Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which carried <br />unanimously. Marquard and Officers Green and Plump for all <br />their work with the D.A.R.E. Program, adding that in conjunction with the <br />program, a very successful dance was held at McNair School last Friday. Mr . <br />Wagner said he would have attended but his irwitation arrived the day after <br />the dance was held. <br /> <br />CITIZEN ro-1MENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Alex Feldman, 1233 Backer, said the Missouri state Certificate of Need <br />Division will hold a hearirg on wednesday, December 2, from 10 a.m. to noon <br />in the st. IDuis County council Chambers on an application from the st. louis <br />University Hospital, which plans to sperrl $100 million on renovation. He <br />said this division is the only watchdog available to control how the money is <br />SPent, and he urged those interested to attend. He also noted that his com- <br />ments on Certificate of Need at the May 18, 1992 meetirg (discussing the new <br />nursing facility at #1 McKnight Place) were not printed vertJatim.
