He pointed out there were a mnnber of other businesses am aparbnents that use the lot, which is too big for his employees to lOOnitor. He said he could control loitering on his premises and in front of and behirrl his business. Mr. Wagner agreed this was a valid point am suggested reroving the reference to patrons in parked aut:cxrd:>iles. No one objected, am Mr. Wagner m:::wed ap- proval with that ~t. Mayor Majer- us clarified that the loitering restriction would be confined to the i.nunedi- ate area of the laUI'rlromat (inside, sidewalks and i.nunediate parking area be- hin:1) . All voted Aye.
