Parking shall be for staff only. If staff parking is provided, the park- ing area pavement shall be repaired am striped. 2. It was noted that accepting this site plan should include Council recognition that this is a not-for-profit am potentially tax-exempt use. Mr. Pat McCauley, 6309 Pershing, boal:d dlainnan of University City Ol.ildren's Center, displayed a drawing shCMing hCM the new center will look. He said the Center has been a good community citizen for years am those involved are looking fo:rward to this expansion. In response to Mrs. Schtnnan, Mr. Goldman said parking was limited to staff only in Fhase I because there was not a good way to deliver dlildren from that lot to the main building. Mr. Schocmer said the university allldren' s Center is a womer- ful asset to the City, having reached national stature with an enviable rec- ord.
