He said <br />the City's CcJnprehensive Plan precludes such an intense use in this neighbor- <br />hcxx:l; further, the site lacks adequate pennanent parking am has potential <br />for negative iIrpact on residents in this am adjacent buildings. He said the <br />applicants should be encouraged to firrl an alternate site for their excellent <br />cx:>ncept, adding that the City's planning staff is available for assistance. <br /> <br />Ms. Kristin Morrison, 5817 Nina Place, one of the applicants, said University <br />City was chosen because it seems to be a perfect place for the kirrl of cx:>ffee <br />house the applicants envision. She felt the neighbortlcxx:l was not COl'l'pletely <br />residential as the analysis suggested, but included several cx:mnercial ven- <br />tures. She said the building tenants she cx:>ntacted did not object to this <br />business, am on several visits to the site there did not seem to be traffic <br />
