He said the City's CcJnprehensive Plan precludes such an intense use in this neighbor- hcxx:l; further, the site lacks adequate pennanent parking am has potential for negative iIrpact on residents in this am adjacent buildings. He said the applicants should be encouraged to firrl an alternate site for their excellent cx:>ncept, adding that the City's planning staff is available for assistance. Ms. Kristin Morrison, 5817 Nina Place, one of the applicants, said University City was chosen because it seems to be a perfect place for the kirrl of cx:>ffee house the applicants envision. She felt the neighbortlcxx:l was not COl'l'pletely residential as the analysis suggested, but included several cx:mnercial ven- tures. She said the building tenants she cx:>ntacted did not object to this business, am on several visits to the site there did not seem to be traffic
