She added. that same councilmembers have paid for part of their travel expenses out of their own px:kets. Mrs. '!hampson agreed with Mr. Price that budget m::>ney should be allocated for graffiti raooval. She thought allocati.n;J $2,000 was not enough am that the budget should be examined to see where :fl.lms can be fourrl. Mr. Schoaner agreed the problem was larger than $2, 000 ~d address, but noted that Council had given sufficient direction to the city Manager to use :fl.lms previously allocated to p.1blic works for the SPeCific problem of graf- fiti.
