He noted there were two lower <br />bids, but they did not meet City specifications in several respects. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval as reccmnerxled, am Mr. Price secoooed the llDtion. <br />All voted Aye. <br /> <br />SITE PIAN - 6605 DEIMAR B:UIEVARD <br /> <br />'!he City Manager said a site plan at 6605 Delmar was tabled at the last meet- <br />ing. Council is asked to nile on two parts of the plan, with approval recom- <br />mended for the restaurant operation (all comitions have been agreed to ex- <br />cept the final parking layout, which the applicant believes may be easily re- <br />solved). '!he secooo issue is the bottling operation, am it is ~ed <br />that if allowed at all, bottling for wholesale should be on a limited basis. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved that this matter be taken fran the table. Mr. Schoomer sec- <br />oooed the notion, which carried unani.nDusly. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams then moved approval of the restaurant operation with all coooitions <br />as recanunerrled earlier. In response to Mayor <br />Majerus, Mr. Ollemorff said he am the applicant believe an acx::eptable park- <br />ing plan will be reached, am it was not necessary to delay approval of the <br />restaurant operation. All voted Aye. <br /> <br />'!he bottling operation was then discussed, am Mr. Schoomer said he believed <br />it was necessary to the sucx::ess of this venture. <br /> <br />In response to Mr. Price, Mr. Ollemorff said ~ comitions attached could <br />be worded so as to prevent the operation fran becaning all bottling am no <br />restaurant. He felt all involved thought the bottling for retail concept was <br />a good one; it was simply a matter of trying to limit wholesale selling. Mrs <br />Schuman agreed there was no conflict between bottling am selling on premises <br />but she recognized that even operating the equipnent slowly would produce <br />
