Mr. Ollerxlorff pointed out a substantial <br />increase in 671.11 state of Missouri Gasoline Tax due to the increase that <br />went into effect April 1. Mrs. Schmnan asked about 675.11 Grant F\Jnjs, am <br />Mr. Ollerxlorff said the $40,000 increase is due to sharirq an urrlercover pro- <br />gram with st. IDuis, with the Justice Program providirq $12,000 am the Vic- <br />tim Assistance Program $28,000. He noted that 673.12 st. '!he City Manager pointed out a large increase in <br />the 1991-92 revised estimate for 680.17 Miscellaneous Operatirq Revenue, due <br />to the sale of a fire station. He noted next year's estimated revenue is <br />much lower. He said 680.30 Fines were expected to increase substantially due <br />to recent increases. <br /> <br />Discussirq 690.10 Prior Year's Revenue, Mr. Ollerxlorff said the furrl balance <br />should never go below $1.25 million; at the ern of this year the balance may <br />be about $200,000 above that, allowirq that anDUIlt to be utilized. He said <br />this has come about through various debtors payirq off same of the :rroney the <br />City loaned them. He noted that <DCA has agreed to payoff its loans from <br />the city by June 30. He also said it looked as if the City will urrlersperxi <br />this year's budget by about $200,000, primarily due to same tun10ver in per- <br />sonnel. <br /> <br />EXPENDI'lURES <br /> <br />1010 I.ecfislative Services (paqe C-4). Mr. Ollerxlorff said no elections were <br />scheduled next year, so this budget is smaller than last year's.
