Planning Director Al Goldman said until it is rezoned "PR-o" and a conditional use is app:roved, the proposed parking site cannot be included as part of the parking. He said it looked as if the site was adequate to take care of parking needs, but the condition set by the Plan Commission came directly fram the Zoning Code based on nursing home parking requirements for the m.unber of beds and employees, and that ImlSt be met before a building pennit can be issued.
