Regular Meeting <br />March 7, 2005 <br /> <br />FORSYTH. <br /> <br /> The Bill was given its first reading. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams said he had a speaker for the next three Bills to be introduced. <br /> <br />Larry Wurm, James Engineering, 10811 Big Bend Boulevard, Kirkwood, MO <br />63122, introduced himself and said three buildings next to each other were those <br />of his client and his client wants to convert these three buildings into <br />condominiums. Previously, in 2004, his client had all three buildings on one <br />condominium plat. For some reason she decided to change to individual plats for <br />individual buildings, so that is why he is here this evening. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff congratulated the developer that no neighbors opposed the plat. <br /> <br />6. Mr. Sharpe introduced Bill Number 8765: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF <br />LAND TO BE KNOWN AS 8042 DELMAR CONDMINIUM AND LOCATED AT <br />8042 DELMAR. <br /> <br />The Bill was given its first reading. <br /> <br />7.
