INTRODUCED BY DATE: <br />BILL NO. 9040 ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION WHICH PROVIDES <br />THAT THE CITY SHALL RECEIVE GRANTS FUNDS FOR TRANSPORTATION <br />ENHANCEMENT ACTIVITIES ON DELMAR BOULEVARD. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Manager, on behalf of the City of University City, Missouri, is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into and execute the attached “Missouri <br />Highways and Transportation Commission Transportation enhancement Funds Program <br />Agreement” which is attached marked “A” and made a part hereof. <br />Section 2.
