Applications may be downloaded at <br />nd <br />www.stlouisco.com/elections or can be picked up from the City Clerk’s office, 2 floor of <br />City Hall. The last day for voting an absentee ballot in person at the Election Board <br />office (12 Sunnen Drive, Suite 126, St. Louis, MO 63143)is August 3, at 5:00 PM. The <br />Proposition S educational brochure will be mailed this week and available on the <br />website next week. If anyone needs additional copies of the brochure for neighborhood <br />meetings let me know. <br />Parkview Gardens Park Study <br />We have expanded the scope of the . The Parkview <br />Gardens Association and Washington University are once again funding the additional <br />cost of the expanded study. I will be asking that Council hold off on the Resolution <br />Flynn Park Tennis Courts <br />pertaining to the . We are interested in folding in the <br />possibility of a new playground as well with the School District as a partner and we have <br />not completed our discussions on the matter.The proposed cost sharing is described in <br />the attached email. We have until October to submit, so there is no problem with a <br />delay. I have also included a summary of ideas to move forward on with the City of <br />Olivette as it relates to parks and recreation.Please share your ideas/concerns with me <br />and I will incorporate into our ongoing discussions. <br />“summer break” <br />The weekly report will be taking a for the next month.
