Applications may be downloaded at nd www.stlouisco.com/elections or can be picked up from the City Clerk’s office, 2 floor of City Hall. The last day for voting an absentee ballot in person at the Election Board office (12 Sunnen Drive, Suite 126, St. Louis, MO 63143)is August 3, at 5:00 PM.
