SESSION 1684 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> December 16, 1996 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chamber of City Hall on <br />Monday, December 16, 1996, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In addi- <br />tion to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Mr. Hardy Ware <br />Mr. Wayne I. Munkel <br />Mr. Robert G. Wagner <br />Mr. Lawrence Lieberman <br />Mr. Paul E. Schoomer <br />Mrs. Betty L. Thompson <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />November 4, 1996 <br />Mr. Schoomer moved approval of the November 4, 1996, minutes as submitted. Mr. Wagner seconded <br />the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />November 18, 1996 <br />Mr. Wagner moved that the minutes of November 18, 1996, be approved as submitted. Mr. Lieberman <br />seconded, and all voted Aye. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS, REAPPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved the appointment of Mr. Eric Sandweiss, 728 Trinity, to the Historic Preservation <br />Commission for an unexpired term ending September 9, 1997. Mr. Wagner seconded and all voted Aye. <br /> <br />Mrs. Thompson moved that Mr. Dale Hermeling, 7041 Maryland, be appointed to the Historic Preserva- <br />tion Commission for an unexpired term ending September 9, 1997. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion, <br />which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Ware moved the appointment of Mr. Earlan Greer, 7024 Dover Court, to the Board of Appeals for <br />an unexpired term ending August 1, 1997. Mr. Lieberman seconded, and all voted Aye. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved the reappointment of Mr. Herbert Tobias, 1111 Putter Lane, to the Park Commis- <br />sion for a term expiring January 21, 2000. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion, and all voted Aye. <br /> <br /> <br />
