Bill No. 8308 became Ordinance No. 6090. <br /> <br />Mr. Jerry Pratter, attorney representing Schnuck Markets, said he was pleased this project developed <br />as it did, in a positive manner with few snags. On behalf of Schnuck's, Mr. Dave Fontana said he appre- <br />ciated the cooperation of the City in moving this project forward.
