<br />thereto; provided, however, that if no recommendation is received from the <br />commission within a period of thirty (30) days after the matter is referred to <br />the commission, then the council may take action without such <br />recommendation.” <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert had reservations with this change from the original rip-rap <br />proposal. <br /> <br />Ms. Feier stated the MSD proposal suggested a holistic approach for the <br />total seventeen acres. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci asked the Park’s Director Ms. MacCartney if it was satisfactory with <br />the Park’s Commission and they were comfortable with it and if she was <br />aware of any objections from citizens, staff or commission members.
