CBBB advised thhat no parkinng restrictionns at all timees <br />are reequired for fire hydrantsf, bus stops aand intersecctions. <br />Counncilmembers Terry Crow and Bob WWagner suppoort the removval of the AMM/PM parkinng <br />restricction on the south side of Forsyth bbetween Bigg Bend and Asbury afterr Highway 440 <br />reopeens. <br />OnSSeptember 99, 2009, thee Traffic Commission vooted for the removal off the parkinng <br />restriction on thee south sidee of Forsyth Blvd betweeen Big Bennd Blvd andd Asbury Avve <br />onceHighway 400 reopens. <br />Thisis presentedd to the City Council forttheir review and approvaal. <br />Minuttes of Septeember 9, 20009 meeting aattached. <br />OOMMENDATTION: <br />REC <br />Thecchanges shoould be implemented aftter highway 40 reopens. Once the changes arre <br />impleemented, folllow up is necessary to mmeasure the effectivenesss of the chaanges. <br /> <br />
