By auctioning the Police vehicles, the City received on average $1,000 more for each vehicle (an increase of 30 percent more revenue per vehicle over 2007 levels). Delmar Loop Planet Walk The will officially open this Sunday, November 8, at the Moonrise Hotel at 2 PM. The Walk is a series of signs containing information about the 8 planets and sun in our solar system that extend from the Moonrise to Ciceros in the exact proportion to distances between the actual planets. The “sun” will be located at the Moonrise and end with “Neptune” at Ciceros. St. Louis artist and graphic designer, Stephen Walker, designed the model. The walk is 2,990 feet.
