Session 1672, Minutes <br />July 15, 1996 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Brief discussion ensued regarding the ADA modifications, the Vince Kelly Company, and the exact <br />location of the work to be done. Ms. Trombly said the City has had experience with the Kelly Company, <br />and the quality of their work is good. Mr. Ollendorff said most of the renovations will be in the lobby <br />area between the soccer facility and the swimming pool. Also, there will be vending machines rather <br />than a concession stand. Responding to Mrs. Thompson, Ms. Trombly said there were minorities <br />working for Vince Kelly, but she did not know the exact percentage. <br /> <br />All voted Aye. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />Mayor Adams reminded the Council of a meeting on July 25th at 3:30 p.m. when Sverdrup Corporation <br />representatives will provide an update on MetroLink. <br /> <br />Ms. Trombly said a tentative date of October 26th was set for the boards and commissions dinner. <br />Several councilmembers thought that would not work out well and suggested a slightly earlier date. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mayor Adams adjourned the meeting at 5:19 p.m. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
