A detailed landscaping plan shall be submitted to the Planning Director for his review and approval. <br /> The plan shall include two large planting areas with a tree in each. Landscaping shall be installed <br /> and maintained in accordance with the approved plan. <br />3. An exhaust system shall be installed and maintained or other means shall be taken to prevent food <br /> preparation odors or cooking odors from being readily perceptible beyond the lot lines of the prop- <br /> erty on which the restaurant is located. <br />4. The operator of the restaurant shall regularly police the site and the area adjacent to the restaurant <br /> to remove litter and debris. <br />5. The parking area shall be repaved and parking stalls marked per a revised plan that provides two <br /> planting areas with portland cement curbs. The revised site plan shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> Director for review and approval. <br />6. Dine-in facilities shall not be provided and the carry-out portion of the business shall not be expand- <br /> ed without prior approval under an amendment to this permit. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval, with Mr. Lieberman seconding the motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel asked if this use might change the traffic flow in some way. Mr. Ollendorff said it is not <br />anticipated that traffic flow will be affected. All voted Aye. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN - 8350 DELCREST <br /> <br />The City Manager recommended approval of a site plan at 8350 Delcrest, where the National Council <br />of Jewish Women proposes tax exempt office use. All requirements have been met. <br /> <br />Mr. Ware moved approval, and Mr. Wagner seconded the motion. In response to Mr. Lieberman, Mr. <br />Ollendorffsaid 8350 Delcrest is a tax-exempt building. All voted Aye. <br /> <br />PERSONNEL REPORT <br /> <br />The Personnel report for the week ending June 29, 1996, was received and ordered filed. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR SECOND AND THIRD READINGS <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8277 - PROVIDING FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OF CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS <br />FOR EXPENSES INCURRED IN USING THEIR OWN AUTOMOBILES IN TRANSACTION OF <br />CITY BUSINESS. <br />Bill No. 8277 was given its second reading. <br /> <br />Bill No. 8277 was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Ware moved adoption. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: <br />Councilmembers Ware, Munkel, Wagner, Lieberman, and Mayor Adams. NAYS: None. ABSENT: <br /> <br /> <br />
