SESSION 1670 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> June 24, 1996 <br /> <br /> At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chamber of City Hall on <br /> Monday, June 24, 1996, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In addition <br /> to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br /> Mr. Hardy Ware <br /> Mr. Robert G. Wagner <br /> Mr. Lawrence Lieberman <br /> Mr. Paul E. Schoomer <br /> Mrs. Betty L. Thompson <br /> <br /> Absent: Councilmember Wayne I. Munkel, who was excused. <br /> Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff. <br /> MINUTES <br /> <br /> May 20, 1996 - Regular Meeting <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the May 20, 1996, minutes as submitted. Mr. Schoomer seconded the <br />motion, and all voted Aye. <br /> <br />June 3~ 1996 - Regular Meeting <br />Mr. Schoomer moved approval of the June 3, 1996, minutes as submitted. Mr. Wagner seconded the <br />motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />June 10, 1996 - Special Meeting <br />Mr. Ware moved that the minutes of June 20, 1996, be approved as submitted. Mr. Wagner seconded <br />the motion, and all voted Aye. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />For Councilmember Munkel, Mayor Adams moved the appointment of Mr. John Walsh, 7441 Tulane, <br />to the City Plan Commission for an unexpired term ending January 1, 1998. Mr. Wagner seconded the <br />motion, and all voted Aye. <br /> <br />Mr. Ware moved the appointment of Mrs. Terry Parker, 8031 Braddock, to the Traffic Commission for <br />a term expiring January 21, 1999. Mrs. Thompson seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman moved the appointment of Mrs. Mary Schuman, 7006 Maryland, to the Municipal Com- <br /> <br /> <br />
