Charity Frost, Administrative Intern, prepared several options for Council consideration <br />Youth Job Corp Program. <br />regarding a As requested, the memo outlines alternatives at <br />$50,000, $75,000 and $100,000 funding levels. The program is then broken down into <br />several schedule alternatives (50 or 13-week schedule). If Council is interested in <br />proceeding based on this outline, staff can continue to develop an implementation plan <br />including a detailed job description for the part-time Youth Coordinator. Any money set <br />aside to fund the project would be an addition to the current operating budget. <br />Ms. Eastman prepared a memorandum identifying additional properties to consider for <br />UHome UCity <br />expanding the program. She identifies six categories of properties, <br />generating 24 buildable lots near the project with acquisition costs of $190,700. Each <br />category presents its own set of challenges.
