<br />that can be made if an efficient fleet management program were in place. Mr. Wagner <br />stated that he also had many calls on the late fees on the trash bills just received. He <br />stated that some of the problem is that some people keep the bills till the first of the <br />month and pay then when they receive their check. Mr. Wagner suggested extending <br />the due date with a grace period, but to keep it away from the first of the month. He said <br />he supports Mr. Price in a budget allocation for supporting the youths in giving them <br />something to do after school. Mr. Wagner also supports the recommendation of the <br />Green Practices’ committee, as we also need to save the planet for our kids. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams stated that one of the fleet management survey recommendations was the <br />disposing of surplus property. The City is presently auctioning them off through internet <br />site www.purplewave.com. He stated that we are also working on a more detailed fleet <br />management study.
