<br />Regular meeting <br />January 09, 2006 <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch asked Mr. McCarthy if he had received the memo Ms. Shields produced on the <br />sewer lateral program. Mr. McCarthy said he had seen this worksheet from a round-about <br />way but the problem was that the numbers were significantly different from those on a <br />financial statement he had. The Roll Call vote <br />was as follows: AYES: Ms. Brungardt, Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, and <br />Mayor Adams. NAYS: none <br />Bill number 8831 passed and became Ordinance number 6600. <br /> <br />BILL NO 8832 - ADOPTING THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY VOLUNTARY BUYOUT <br />POLICY AS THE GUIDE FOR THE BUYOUT PROGRAM FOR RESIDENCES ALONG <br />WILSON AVENUE. THE PROGRAM WILL BE PERFORMED BY THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY AND THE MISSOURI STATE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY <br />(SEMA). <br /> <br />Ms. Brungardt asked Mr. Ollendorff how many Wilson Avenue residents had signed up so <br />far. Mr. Ollendorff said that he thought a large number wanted to be included but University <br />City only has enough money for two or three houses. Ms. Brungardt wanted to know how <br />this was determined. Mr. Ollendorff said he would get these figures for her. <br /> <br />Ms. Brungardt made a motion to adopt and was seconded by Ms. Brot. The Roll Call vote <br />was as follows: AYES: Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Ms. Welsch, Ms. Brungardt and Mayor <br />Adams. Mr. Sharpe Jr. was not present at the time of the vote.
