<br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 13, 2006 <br /> <br />At a Regular Meeting of the City Council of University City held in the auditorium of the <br />City Library on Monday, February 13, 2006.
