Final approval by the Director of Public Works staff is subject to the pending <br />receipt of a copy of MSD final approved plans for the development. <br />5. The City requires that the same concrete finish is used throughout the entire <br />ramp area (the plans seem to show two different finish types). <br />6. All pavement, curb and sidewalk installed in the City Right-of-Way must meet the <br />City’s standards. <br />7. Per ADA standards, truncated domes must be placed on any ramp adjoining a <br />street. Please include the curb ramp details as shown on the sheet provided by <br />Public Works.
