<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />MARCH 20, 2006 <br /> <br />At a Regular Meeting of the City Council of University City held in the auditorium of the <br />City Library on Monday, March 20, 2006. Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to <br />order at 6:40 p.m. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following Councilmembers were <br />present: <br /> Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br /> Ms. Francine Brungardt <br /> Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Ms. Shelley Welsch <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br />A motion was made by Ms. Brot to approve the February 13, 2006, amended minutes. <br />Mr. Sharpe, Jr. seconded the motion. It was passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS: <br />Robert Little was nominated for the IRB Board by Mr. Wagner and was seconded by <br />Ms. Welsch. The motion was passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Jerry Breakstone was nominated for the IRB Board and Benjamin Halper was <br />nominated for the Traffic Commission by Ms. Brot and was seconded by Ms. Welsch. <br />The motion was passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Donald Mills was nominated for the IRB Board by Ms. Welsch and was seconded by <br />Ms. Brot. The motion was passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Cameron Sanders was nominated for the IRB Board by Ms. Brungardt and was <br />seconded by Ms. Welsch. The motion was passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Ms. Brot nominated Benjamin Halpert for the Traffic Commission and was seconded by <br />Ms. Welsch. The motion was passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The nomination for the slate for the Economic Development Tax Citizens’ Committee <br />was postpone till next meeting in order to fill in existing openings. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
