Councilmember <br />Welsch also requested a meeting for Council to discuss plans with Mr. Yackey.. Councilmember <br />Brot suggests making Loop North “One Way” and ask AT & T and Delmar –Harvard School about <br />using their parking lot during construction. <br /> <br />Eminent Domain eligible property – Councilmember Wagner suggested rewriting the policy. <br />Councilmember Brot believes we need to keep Eminent Domain as a tool. Councilmember <br />Brungardt wants to step back at this time to answer questions. Councilmember Brungardt <br />requested that city manager get the facts on past eminent domain cases. Councilmember Sharpe <br />wants a discussion on this. Councilmember Wagner suggest not throwing this out but keep as a <br />tool in the tool box. Councilmember Welsch suggests that Eminent Domain be on a case-by-case <br />basis. Councilmember Brungardt wants open process from beginning stages. <br /> <br />TIF eligible area discussion took place. Councilmember Brot says that ” blighted” needs to be <br />defined. Councilmember Wagner wants legal description from City Manager. <br />Councilmember Welsch moved for meeting to adjourn. Councilmember Brot seconded.
