Regular meeting May 1, 2006 Ms. Brungardt requested information on the make-up of the committee when it begins to be created. Mr. Sharpe Jr. moved for adoption and was seconded by Mr. Price. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Mr. Price, Ms. Brungardt, Ms. Brot, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe Jr. and Mayor Adams. NAYS: none Bill No. 8866 passed and became Ordinance No. 6630. BILL NO.8867 — AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF 4. A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS “LOT OF CONSOLIDATION PLAT OF LOTS 8 THROUGH 17 DAVID L. REMLEY’S SUBDIVISION OF LOT 11 OF MT. OLIVE” AND LOCATED AT 7701 OLIVE AND 1227 NORTH & SOUTH.
