<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />MAY 22, 2006 <br /> <br />At a Regular session of the City Council of University City held at the City Library <br />auditorium, 6701 Delmar, on Monday, May 22, 2006. Mayor Joseph Adams called the <br />meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following Councilmembers <br />were present: <br /> Mr. Byron Price <br /> Ms. Francine Brungardt <br /> Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Mr. Michael Glickert <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br />Mr. Sharpe Jr., moved for approval of the May 1, 2006, Regular session minutes as <br />amended and was seconded by Mr. Price. The approval was unanimous. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS: <br /> <br />Major Adams nominated for the Second Century Commission: <br />Diane Willingham, <br />Terry Crow <br />Patricia Whitacre <br />Mr. Wagner seconded motion. The approval was unanimous. <br /> <br />Mr. Price nominated for the Second Century Commission: <br /> Bill Ray. <br /> <br />Arthur Sharpe Jr. seconded the motion. The approval was unanimous. <br /> <br />Ms. Brot nominated for the Second Cenutry Commission: <br /> Ben Senturia <br />Arthur Sharpe Jr. seconded the motion. The approval was unanimous. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS: <br />Mr. Wagner and Ms. Brot presented a Resolution requesting that St. Louis County <br />enforce a no truck traffic ban on Forest Park Parkway. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved for adoption and was seconded by Ms. Brungardt. The approval was <br />unanimous. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
