He thanked the City <br />employees who have worked here for many years and appreciate their work, their struggles <br />and devotion to the City. He appreciated Mr. Walker and his twelve years to the City. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved to go into Executive Session dealing with RSMO 610.021 (3) Personnel <br />and was seconded by Mr. Glickert. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote: <br />AYES: Ms. Ricci, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Crow and Mr. Glickert <br /> <br />NAYS: Mr. Price, Mr. Sharpe, Mayor Adams <br /> <br />Mayor Adams asked Mr. Wagner if he would like to discuss the proposal for procedures for <br />the April 2010 Municipal Election line up filing. Mayor stated that he thought the process <br />was that everyone filing on the first day pulled a number as to where they would be placed <br />on the ballot. Mr. Wagner did not want surrogates to hold a place in line. Mayor Adams <br />stated that with the lottery system there is no advantage to lining up early. Mr. Wagner <br />stated that the lottery is a separate issue; the Board of Election Commission reads the <br />petitions in the order that they are received.
