Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman could not believe that this $10 fee had been effect for forty-two years. <br />Mr. Ollendorff said that it was true. Definitely, well past the time for an update. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Mr. Sharpe, Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. <br />Lieberman, Mr. Schoomer, Mayor Adams. Bill 8401 became Ordinance 6183. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams announced that this was the last meeting for Council casual summer <br />attire. The next meeting in September is the start of business attire. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL CITIZEN COMMENTS: <br /> <br />Ms. Joan Botwinick, 511 Westview, wished to suggest that Mr. Ollendorff report back to <br />Mr. Munkel his findings, so she and Ms. Sachar can follow up with what is happening <br />with Mr. Goffstein. She agrees with Mr. Lieberman's earlier comments that the <br />homeowner has responsibility, but the City has responsibility, as well, in making sure <br />that what a permit is given for is done correctly. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams announced that the City Council is having a study session on September <br />19th at 8:30 a.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams announced the next regular meeting for the City Council would be on <br />September 28th, same time and place.
