Mayor noted it had been the same for the last couple of years. <br /> <br />BILL 8400- AMENDING CHAPTER 23 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING <br />TO OFFENSES- MISCELLANEOUS, BY REPEALING SECTION 23-32.2 <br />THEREOF, RELATING TO STEALING UNDER ONE HUNDRED FIFTY <br />DOLLARS PROHIBITED, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW <br />SECTIONS TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 23-32.2 STEALING," AND <br />"SECTION 23-32.3. RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY," AND "SECTION 23- <br />32.4.
