Mr. Sharpe, Jr., Mr. Price, Mr. Glickert, and <br />Mayor Adams <br />NAYS: None <br /> <br /> <br />BILL 8880 <br /> — AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND SURRENDERING A PORTION OF A THIRTY- <br />8. <br />FOOT WIDE PUBLIC STREET KNOWN AS WELLESLEY AVE. LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE <br />EAST BOUNDARY OF BLOCK 1 OF UNIVERSITY HILLS SUBDIVISION AND ADJACENT TO <br />THE WEST BOUNDARY OF BLOCK 2 AND BLOCK 3 OF UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS NO. 3 <br />SUBDIVISION, EXTENDING APPROXIMATELY 599.54 FEET NORTHWARD FROM THE <br />KINGSBURY BLVD. (80 FEET WIDE) NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE TO APPROXIMATELY <br />280 FEET SOUTH OF THE DELMAR BLVD. (80 FEET WIDE) NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE; <br />RESERVING ANY PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS; AND DIRECTING THAT THIS ORDINANCE <br />BE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF DEEDS OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY, <br /> <br /> <br />MISSOURI <br />. <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS: <br />Sarah Hanley <br />Ms. Hanley, a trustee of University Heights, stated that there wasn’t an issue with their subdivision <br />leaders concerning the location of their property lines and their 15 feet walkway.
