This requires <br />a vote of the Council. <br />J. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />BILLS <br />1. <br />BILL 9060 – An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be <br />known as Vernon Avenue Station House Subdivision and located at 6601 Vernon <br />Avenue. <br />City Council approval is required for Final Plat submittals <br /> <br />
