Ms. Ricci stated the Council should have just asked the <br />judge to take a look at it and at the end of the day if the result is the result that is all we want <br />to live for. She stated that we should never accept what someone says that this is it and this <br />is right without independently checking. She said it called accountability. Ms. Ricci said the <br />process did what the process was suppose to do. Ms. Ricci agreed that the youth are the <br />future but she stated she cannot just blanket spend money without a plan. She said it was <br />suggested to engaged the City library for youth programs and the City employees are given <br />two hours a week to exercise or volunteer. Maybe the City employees would be interested <br />in helping the City’s youth and investing the two hours in working with them. Lastly, Ms. <br />Ricci suggested that Council have some kind of time limit on Council talking.
