Session 1710, Minutes <br />November 3, 1997 <br /> <br />with the language that Mr. Munkel introduced earlier: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, RELATING TO ZONING, BY REPEALING SAID <br />CHAPTER 34, INCLUDING THE ZONING MAP, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF <br />A NEW CHAPTER TO BE KNOWN AS "CHAPTER 34. ZONING CODE," INCLUDING <br />A NEW ZONING MAP; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A <br />PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was assigned number 8357. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman asked if the Community Development Block Grant Funds that will be <br />available after April 1, 1998 was part of the City Manager's agenda. Mr. Ollendorff <br />responded that the first public hearing is held by staff, the person that puts the <br />application together. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner urged everybody to go out and vote tomorrow and exercise their <br />democratic privilege. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams announced that the next regular meeting for the City Council would <br />be held on November 24th, same time and place.
