The City Manager did not have line item numbers. Ms. Ricci said that would be <br />one thing the Council would want to know. Ms. Ricci motion was to postpone a <br />consideration of a vote on the park fees to a future date to allow reflections of Mr. Price, Mr. <br />Glickert and herself and any other Councilmembers be addressed. Mr. Glickert removed his <br />motion and seconded Ms. Ricci’s motion to postpone. <br /> <br />Mr. Price asked to see from the City Manager if we grew family membership by “x” amount <br />for “x” dollars to see what economic impact that would have from a base line of where it is <br />presently. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow asked that prior to bring it back to a Regular Council Session the Council <br />discusses it in the Study Session prior to the meeting with the Director of Parks Ms. <br />MacCartney and the Parks Commission be present. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams asked that Councilmembers with questions submit them early for staff to be <br />able to provide information requested. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci acknowledge the postponement would be to the April 12 meeting subject to <br />having Ms. MacCartney available and information requested by Council be received. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe asked the City Manager if postponement would interfere with the guide <br />publication. Ms. Feier said she would have to check on that. More difficult, she said would <br />be to have a study session as the April 12 study session was to be on Community <br />Development.
