Site Plan approval at 7220 Waterman Ave -Flynn Park Elementary School <br />Mr. Price moved for approval and was seconded by Mr. Crow. <br />Mr. Karl Scheidt the Executive Director of operations for the School District was present <br />and said the work is projected to begin in Gctober Permits will be gotten from the City and <br />MSD regarding the drainage, bid out the job and review and lastly apply for permits from the <br />City. That was essentially the time frame. <br />Voice vote was unanimous and the motion carried. <br />2. Designation of the Solid Waste Fund as an Enterprise Fund <br />Ms. Watson stated the this fund was established in 2009 and are now requesting that this <br />fund be listed as an Enterprise Fund in FY 11, giving it accounting similar to a business so <br />that all expenditures are supported by solid waste charges. It will then include depreciation <br />of its trucks. <br />Mr. Price moved for approval and was seconded by Mr. Crow. <br />Mr. Kraft asked if it included leaf pick-up and mulching. Ms. Watson stated that the <br />collection of leaves is included but not the mulching. <br />Voice vote was unanimous and the motion carried. <br />3. Approval of Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant 2010. <br />Mr. Price moved for approval, seconded by Mr. Crow and carried unanimously. <br />Ms. Watson stated the Police Department applied for a Justice Grant in the amount of <br />$30,460 which would be used for the purchase of eight lap top computers which would replace the lap tops in the vehicles and also to replace a desk top computer in the evidence <br />Room. There is no City match needed for this grant. <br />Mr. Crow asked about the cost per lap top and Ms. Watson explained that they are called <br />Tuf Books as a heavy duty function is needed. <br />Voice vote was unanimous and the motion carried. <br />4. Cheese-ology Macaroni and Cheese liquor license, 6602 Delmar <br />Mr. Crow verified that the previous owner, Pizza Haus, had a liquor license therefore there <br />was not an increase in licenses which Ms. Watson agreed. <br />Mr. Price moved for approval, seconded by Mr. Crow and carried unanimously. <br />5. Ginger Asian liquor license, 6665 Delmar <br />Ms. Watson stated staff recommended approval. <br />Mr. Kraft moved for approval seconded by Mr. Price and carried unanimously. <br />fi.
