What could have been better? <br /> • Pleased with the progress • Two groups wrote policy statements <br /> • Good first start differently <br /> • Flow/tempo was good • Struggle with livable/sustainable <br /> • Didn't get caught up in "stuff' <br /> • Covered lots of territory in a short <br /> time <br /> • Liked working in groups and <br /> reporting back <br /> <br /> <br /> In preparation for the day's discussions, each person was asked to write a <br /> headline for the mythical "UCity Times Newspaper" dated April 30, 2012: <br /> <br /> • UCity on the Move! <br /> o UCity has sold five Green Homes in the 3rd Ward <br /> o The City has developed lots at Kingland (North & South) <br /> o UCity and Olivette have completed their plans <br /> <br /> • FEMA has funded the relocation of River Des Peres!!!! <br /> <br /> • Council and Residents Work Together to Make Tough Decisions <br /> <br /> • School Accreditation Rises to 14 Thanks to Community, City and School <br /> Collaboration <br /> <br /> • Daddy Warbucks to Develop Old Value City Site!
