NEW BUSINESS to be introduced <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />1. <br />Resolution 2010 – 12 Support of Municipal Park grant for Flynn Park playground <br />BILLS TO BE INTRODUCED <br />1. <br />BILL 9081 – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating toregulations for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.36.090 <br />thereof, relating to stop intersections – vehicles to stop at certain intersections, and <br />enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.36.090 Stop <br />Intersections – vehicles to stop at certain intersections” thereby amending said <br />section so as for traffic on Teasdale Avenue to stop at Central Avenue and for traffic <br />on Washington Avenue to stop at Bemiston Avenue; containing a saving clause and <br />providing a penalty <br />2. <br />BILL 9082 - An ordinance a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as <br />Rosedale Heights subdivision of part of lots 30 and 31, located at 6647 and 6651 <br />Washington Avenue <br />3. <br />BILL 9083 – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44.of University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to garbage collection and disposal, by repealing Section 8.12.210 <br />thereof, relating to the penalty for delinquent solid waste collection bills, and enacting <br />in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 8.12.210 delinquent fees; <br />penalty”, thereby amending said section so as to reduce the initial penalty from ten <br />percent (10%) to five percent (5%), and reduce the monthly penalty thereafter from <br />five percent (5%) to two and one-half percent (2-1/2%); containing a savings clause <br />and providing a penalty <br />N. <br />CITIZEN PARTICIPATION (continued if needed) <br />O. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />
