He described the process as a reality check on an existing plan and as a mechanism to <br />help develop an RFP. <br /> <br /> <br />3. OTHER DISCUSSION ITEMS AS BROUGHT FORWARD BY TASK FORCE MEMBERS: <br />The Task Force further discussed the issue of the “defined question.” The Task Force agreed that each <br />member is to prepare five questions that could be posed to the TAPs Committee as the “defined <br />st <br />question”. These questions are to be forwarded to staff no later than Wednesday, April 21. Staff will <br />th <br />consolidate the Task Force questions and distribute to all members Wednesday, April 28. The Task <br />th <br />Force will discuss the drafted questions at their next scheduled meeting May 5 and determine the next <br />steps, including are we ready to request TAPs assistance or whether we want to pursue the TAPs <br />program or not. <br /> <br /> <br />4. SCHEDULING OF NEXT MEETING: <br />th <br />The Task Force agreed to hold a meeting on Wednesday, May 5. It was requested that this meeting be <br />hosted by University City. <br /> <br /> <br />5.
