UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />BILLS <br />1. <br />BILL 9075 - An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 6810, and approving the first <br />amendment to the redevelopment agreement for the Kingsland Walk Redevelopment area, <br />and authorizing certain actions by City Officials <br />Ms. Ricci moved to postpone indefinitely, second by Mr. Glickert and carried unanimously. <br />M. NEW BUSINESS <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />1. <br />Resolution 2010 – 12 A resolution in support of a Municipal Park grant for Flynn <br />Park playground. <br />The grant would provide $280,000 with a City participation of $17,000, and the <br />School Board approved the additional $33,000 as this neighborhood park is heavily <br />used by the school. A Resolution is required to be submitted for the grant and <br />conceptual designs for the playground. <br />Ms. Ricci stated she was a little challenged to find this project already in the City’s FY <br />11 Budget before it was even introduced to the Park’s Commission or before Council. <br />She noted that Council therefore had already approved its spending when the FY 11 <br />Budget was passed. <br />Mr. Kraft moved to approve Resolution 2010 – 12, seconded by Mr. Crow and carried <br />unanimously. <br />BILLS <br />Mr. Crow introduced <br />1. <br />BILL 9081 – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City Code, <br />relating toregulations for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.36.090 thereof, <br />relating to stop intersections – vehicles to stop at certain intersections, and enacting <br />in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.36.090 Stop Intersections – <br />vehicles to stop at certain intersections” thereby amending said section so as for <br />traffic on Teasdale Avenue to stop at Central Avenue and for traffic on Washington <br />Avenue to stop at Bemiston Avenue; containing a saving clause and providing a <br />penalty <br />Mr. Kraft introduced <br />2. <br />BILL 9082 – An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be <br />known as Rosedale Heights subdivision of part of lots 30 and 31, located at 6647 and <br />6651 Washington Avenue <br />Mr. Price introduced <br />3. <br />BILL 9083 – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to garbage collection and disposal, by repealing Section 8.12.210 <br />thereof, relating to the penalty for delinquent solid waste collection bills, and enacting <br />in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 8.12.210 delinquent fees; <br />penalty”, thereby amending said section so as to reduce the initial penalty from ten <br /> 4 <br /> <br />
