Lewis lecture in <br />the U-City Library. <br /> <br /> <br />Missouri Senior report <br />Larry Lieberman informed me that the can be accessed <br />at www.missouriseniorreport.org. They have some very interesting data files <br />based on St. Louis County seniors. They have compiled more than census <br />information, everything from civic engagement to health and wellness. <br /> <br />City of Olivette <br />Planning Director Walker and I met with representatives of the <br />this week to discuss long range planning on the Olive Corridor. Olivette is within <br />weeks of bringing their two year comprehensive planning process to a close. Mr. <br />McDowell and I hope to facilitate a joint meeting in Olivette for our elected <br />officials in the coming months. Olivette is interested in working together on a <br />comprehensive design focused on the 170 interchange. I’ve asked that they <br />provide a proposal including the scope and price for the work to be completed. <br />The consulting work they have completed up to date has been around $200,000. <br />I have a CD of their new plan in my office if anyone would like to borrow it. <br /> <br />acquisition of the Olive Blvd <br />The property at North and South identified by the <br />TIF Commission as a high priority is proceeding. We are in a 30 day due <br />diligence period for the remaining property at the corner of North and South/Olive <br />and we are slated to close in roughly the same amount of time.
