<br />The consensus was that Council did not have a policy in regard to Council’s access to <br />employee computers and would have to come back with one at a later date. <br /> <br />Mr. Price moved that until a policy is agreed upon by Council that open use of University <br />City employee’s computer by Councilmembers must cease and desist until a policy is <br />agreed upon, and was seconded by Mr. Crow. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />AYES: Mr. Crow, Mr. Price, and Mr. Sharpe <br />NAYS: Mr. Kraft, Mr. Glickert, Ms. Ricci and Mayor Welsch <br />Motion failed <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft moved that the City Manager will not share master password to University <br />City’s Computer System with any members of Council and was seconded by Mr. <br />Sharpe. <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />AYES: Mr. Glickert, Mr. Kraft, Mr. Sharpe, Mr. Crow, Mr. Price and Mayor Welsch <br />NAYS: Ms. Ricci <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Meeting was adjourned to reconvene into Regular Session at 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Joyce Pumm <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
